The Audit and Legislative Responsibilities of the Florida Auditor General

Join us as Keith Wolfe explains how the responsibilities of the State of Florida Auditor General’s Office (AGO) are determined and executed. From auditing state agencies and local governments to district school boards and even our largest state colleges and universities, Mr. Wolfe will share his wealth of experience regarding the auditing practices and inner workings of the Auditor General’s Office. CFIIA will award two hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit for attending this informative presentation.
Keith Wolfe is an Audit Supervisor in the State of Florida Auditor General’s Office, specializing in educational entities and local government audits. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ohio University, is a licensed CPA in Florida, and is also a CGFM (Certified Government Financial Manager). Keith manages a team of four auditors based in in DeLand, and has worked in the Auditor General’s Office for more than 22 years. He also worked for a large retail corporation for 5 years before joining the AGO.
