This presentation will review issues associated with identity theft and fraud, including recent trends, simple preventative steps, and immediate action steps for identity theft and fraud victims. The information presented will provide basic, practical guidance to individuals to protect their assets and personal identifying information from criminals. This presentation will also generally review White Collar Crime investigative priorities within the FBI".

Speaker Bio:

David Hulser is a Special Agent with the Richmond Division of the Federal

Bureau of Investigation, where he has been assigned for over 15 years. Dave is currently assigned to Richmond's White Collar Crime Squad, where he's primarily investigates Corporate/Securities Fraud and Public Corruption matters. Dave graduated from James Madison University in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, and is a licensed CPA. He worked for 6 years with a public accounting firm in Washington, DC prior to his employment with the FBI. Dave lives in Hanover County with his wife and three children.​
