Robert Blakley is an Associate Director with the Security & Privacy practice of Protiviti. Mr. Blakley has over 17 years of experience in the Information Security field. It includes 8 years of IT audit and security experience with a Big 4 firm, and 8 years leading the development and delivery of security solutions for a global security service provider. He’s assisted clients with information security strategy development, policy development, security event management and governance risk and compliance initiatives. He is also a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). Prior to Protiviti, Mr. Blakley was responsible for the Managed Security Services line of business for a global Managed Security Service Provider. Mr. Blakley obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Bonaventure University, and his Master of Science in System Engineering, with a concentration in Information Security Management, from The George Washington University. He’s a frequent instructor on information security topics, and has been a speaker at various conferences.
