We proudly present for this Luncheon Meeting:
“How Do You Know? Business Process Improvement Projects for Auditors”
Auditors constantly look for ways to continuously improve the audit process and create value for the enterprise. Auditors may also recommend that a business process improvement project be undertaken to address an audit finding. Business improvement projects are usually more complex than they seem on first glance. The amount of information generated during a business process improvement project can be overwhelming. How do you make sense of it all? How do you determine when to make corrective changes? How do you determine when to leave the process as is? This presentation discusses ways to improve analysis basics and apply system thinking to business process improvement projects. Plus we will attempt a hands-on experiment or two.
