HIGHLIGHTED SPEAKERS
Chelsea Binns, PhD,Assistant Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Author, is planning on speaking about her book "Fraud Hotlines - Design, Performance, and Assessment".
Zane David Memeger and Meredith Auten, both partners at Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia plan on giving us an Update on White-Collar Crime Trends, specifically trends in Government and Regulatory Agency Investigations.
Bradley J. Bondi, a partner in Cahill’s litigation and white-collar practice groups and is a leader of its securities enforcement and regulatory practices, plans on speaking on Investigation Pitfalls and Ways to Mitigate Embarrassment
Tom Fox on Expanding Role of Compliance and how Internal Audit can help
Joseph P. Buckley, president, John E. Reid and Associates, plans on speaking Interviewing and Interrogations. John E. Reid and Associates began developing interview and interrogation techniques in 1947. The Reid Technique of Interviewing® and Interrogation is now the most widely used approach to question subjects in the world and we will get a glimpse of the techniques at our symposium.
Gregory Paw, partner at Freeh Sporkin and an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive white-collar investigation experience. A former Deputy U.S. Attorney and past director of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, plans on speaking about Third Party Risk Management. |

Payment Policy
The Philadelphia Chapter of the IIA will no longer hold registrations without prepayment. Registrants will have the option to pay by Freedom Pass or credit card. Checks are no longer accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
The chapter guarantees to each venue the number of registered participants. If you register for an event, the Chapter expects you to pay the registration fee, as the Chapter incurs a cost for every registered person. You are responsible for your registration fee regardless if you attend the event, unless you have canceled within the cancellation period.
Refunds will be granted to those giving at least seven full days advanced notice. You are responsible for your full registration fee without cancellation notice given or with no cancellation. Substitutions are welcome. Please contact our Programs Chair at programs@phillyiia.org to cancel or transfer your registration.
