Event Summary

Join us on Friday, May 3rd for our annual Spring Summit at a new location, the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. The theme of this conference will be "Taking a Leadership Role in Raising the Standards."

During our Spring Conference we will focus on elevating performance and taking a leadership role in raising the standards in the workplace and in our individual personal lives.

Our program will kick off with our opening keynote on "Elevating Performance." Then throughout the day attendees will join breakout sessions within the following five tracks: Internal Audit/Soft Skills, Governance/Risk/Compliance, Fraud/Forensics, Information Technology and CAE (by invitation only); engaging with topics such as, "Becoming a Better Leader and Improving your own Life," Managing Fraud Risk to create a Strong Corporate Culture," "SEC Cyber Enforcement," "Transforming the Audit Report" and much more. Then we'll bring it all together for our closing keynote featuring Best Selling Author, Fatima Doman. She will be speaking on "Enlightened Leadership: Creating a Culture of Strengths," and all attendees will be receiving a copy of her Best Selling Book: "Authentic Strengths."

Rebecca Rhynhart

“Elevating Performance”

The auditor’s role has been evolving as technology, corporate culture and regulatory changes take effect. Auditors have been challenged to adopt new business environments and continue to provide quality results while adhering to audit standards. Through Rebecca’s leadership style she has raised the standards within the city controller’s office and has worked to develop a strong and effective control environment. During her keynote, Rebecca will share with us her leadership style and impact.
