Bios:
 
Paul Sobel
 
Paul Sobel joined Georgia-Pacific as their chief audit executive in early 2011.  Prior to that he held a similar position at Mirant.  He has published two books on internal auditing and risk management.  Paul sits on the IIA’s global board of directors and serves as vice chairman of certifications for the global IIA.
Paul is the incoming Chairman of the Board of the IIA Global.
  
Randy Earley
 
Randy Earley serves as vice president of audit services for Cox Enterprises, a leading communications, media and automotive services company. In this role, Earley oversees the company’s audit services team. This department delivers strategic financial, operational and information technology audit and risk advisory projects across all Cox corporate departments and businesses.

Prior to Cox, he served as vice president of internal audit at SuperMedia, a Dallas-based advertising agency for small to medium sized businesses. He has internal audit experience across multiple industries including retail, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and media through his work at JCPenney, Citigroup, Nortel Networks and Flowserve.

Earley is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He also possesses the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) designations.  He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
 
 
Elton O'Neal
 
Elton O’Neal has over 11 years of experience in Information Technology, Process Improvement, and Audit.  Elton is a Director in Audit Services at Cox Enterprises, Inc., a $15 billion private company with subsidiaries in the communications, media, and automotive services industries.  He has direct responsibility for the media and automotive service businesses where he leads teams utlizing progressive audit techniques and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
 
He joined Cox Enterprises in 2005 after a management role in the Enterprise Risk Services group in the Atlanta office of Deloitte and an IT Account Management role at International Paper in Memphis where he was instrumental in post-merger integrations and the implementation of ITIL processes in Service Management.
 
Elton holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems degree from the University of Mississippi
 
 
Trey MacDonald
 
Trey is a Director in Protiviti’s Information Technology Consulting group.  He has 20 years of experience in the Information Technology, Financial Services, Health Care, Risk Management and Insurance, and Energy/Utilities industries.  During this time he has worked in the areas of IT Strategy development, Enterprise Infrastructure management, IT Security, Information Lifecycle Management, Software Architecture design and development and Database Design and Administration.  Trey has helped design, develop and implement optimized IT strategies, Enterprise Architectures, and data management environments for multiple clients in key industries.  Additionally, he has designed and developed several software products for both the financial services and healthcare industries and has served as an architect and administrator for several large scale technology environments.  During this time he has also focused on IT governance, IT process improvement, and program and project management.
