Data Analytics in Internal Audit - A Case Study in Continuous Controls Monitoring

Most finance and audit executives are aware of continuous controls monitoring (CCM) and the benefits of such programs, yet very few organizations have implemented these cost savings and prevention techniques. CCM can provide assurance to senior management and process owners in real-time that the enterprise is continuously aware of its key risks, is highlighting revenue leakage opportunities and potential breaches in compliance. Join us for a case study presented by Emory Healthcare and SolomonEdwards where these techniques were deployed and generated significant Return on Investment for Emory.

Organizational transformation projects and the role of ERP, MDM, Enterprise Security and Governance

With many of the leading companies’ CxO agendas geared to running their organization as a “One Company” global enterprise, there is a growing industry trend to consolidate multiple legacy and ERP systems into a common platform, introduce EIM/MDM while meeting regulatory, trade and compliance regulations.
This session will focus on the transformation journey of these leading companies and the various types of IT enabled business
transformation projects including MDM that are being initiated and how enterprise security is becoming an integral component of each of these projects.
Vid will share some sample case studies of TCS’ experiences with these projects and how clients are addressing MDM, enterprise security, client methodologies of embedding information security into their end products along with enabling enterprise wide identity and access management solutions.
