Join us as Amy Jarnagin, AVP, Accelerated Management Leadership Development Manager, shares powerful relationship-building and communication tips designed to elevate your status among customers, colleagues, and leaders.
 
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Amy Jarnagin, AVP, Accelerated Management Leadership Development Manager for Wells Fargo Consumer Lending Group, is located in Des Moines, IA.
She is responsible for recruiting potential leaders into the Accelerated Management Program, and for training and developing them for supervisory or managerial roles in all participating sites:  San Bernardino, CA, Tempe/Phoenix, AZ, San Antonio, TX, Des Moines, IA, Minneapolis, MN, Milwaukee, WI, Frederick, MD, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC/Fort Mill, SC. 
 
In addition to Program Associate development, Amy also partners with local colleges to assist with mentoring programs and offering career development presentations to college students. 
 
Prior to this role, Amy was a Home Preservation Single Point of Contact Site Leader.  She has also worked in Escrow and Non-Escrow WFRETS, and was manager over the Collections/Liquidations/Loss Mitigation Call Center. 
 
Before joining Wells Fargo in July 2005, Amy spent more than 15 years developing her financial service skills at other companies, working in their project management, default, loss mitigation and call center areas.
 
In support of her community, Amy serves as a Life Coach for Whyld Girls and is a member of the Education Leadership Initiative (ELI).  Amy and her family do weekly community service together at Hospice.  She invests her spare time furthering her college education and spending time with her family camping, fishing, and attending sporting events.
