Cancellation Policy:  

If you need to cancel, we require that you do so at least 72 hours (3 business days) whichever is greater.  Cancellations can be made emailing CNJiia@EventiumLLC.com.  Cancellations received will receive a response e-mail.  Attendees who register and do not attend nor cancel within the cancellation time frame, are responsible for the full registration fee.  
Substitutions​ are always permitted.​

Payment Policy:

 If payment is mailed it needs to be received no later than 3 business days prior to the event date.  If no payment has been received prior to the event, then payment must be made on site in the form of cash or check.  

We cannot accept credit cards on site.  

No one will be admitted with out payment.
