Managing Third Party Relationship Risk
With increased regulatory scrutiny, continuing cost pressures, active investors, and a vigilant public, organizations today must have a clear understanding of the risks that are inherent in external business relationships. By recognizing and proactively addressing these third-party issues, business leaders can reduce exposure to risk and achieve stronger relationships with service providers, suppliers and delivery partners in the for-profit, non-profit and government sectors. The end result: a more responsive, efficient and effective operation.

During this presentation, we’ll discuss how an effective Risk Management program incorporates third-party risk mitigation efforts. At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

·         Recognize recent trends in the marketplace related to third party risks

·         Identify internal and external challenges to discover, analyze, and assess risks

·         Explore solutions to be implemented in order to achieve a successful proactive program of third-party risk mitigation
