Anyone can slap together a bunch of people and call it a team.  Add a little pressure and the team cracks apart.  Few people know how to build and maintain a strong team.  You’ll be able to identify symptoms of a team that is coming unglued.  In this seminar, you’ll learn about two different types of teams and how to keep them running well. You’ll discover the one personality characteristic in a team leader that can kill the team.  Come prepared to learn.
