Gaining buy-in for change is a critical skill for Internal Audits. Yet, getting agreement and sustained follow-through is often quite difficult and can prevent management from acting upon recommendations. So what does the psychology of change tell us about how to position change to get agreement and then to make change stick? And how can you use this information to alter your approach to communications and relationships?
In November 2011, Tiffany stepped away from Corporate America to found Petra Learning LLC. Her experiences at Arthur Andersen, PNC Bank, and Ernst and Young LLP were varied and spanned the globe. After 20 years spent advising and auditing businesses, leading consulting projects, reengineering operations, and creating innovative solutions to complex business problems, Tiffany became an entrepreneur and small business owner. In other words, she became a full-time salesperson and marketer while also being a full-time trainer, instructional designer, coach, and facilitator. What an adventure it has been.
Tiffany spends her time advising companies on how to develop their people and manage talent to deliver enhanced performance. She develops curriculum and instructional materials and facilitates workshops, seminars, virtual classrooms, and live learning events. She researches the latest in business leadership, operational excellence, and training and development and writes about it in blogs, newsletters, magazine articles and eBooks. She’s also provides insights through podcasts. She experiments with the latest in technology so that she can deliver innovative, engaging, experiences. And, best of all, she gets to have fun doing what she love - developing people to reach their full potential.
