Topic: Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Trends and Enforcement

Speaker: Beth Savage (Director, Forensic Services at PwC) and Jason Josko (Director, Risk Assurance Services at PwC)  

The IIA, in partnership with PwC invites you to participate in a discussion on trends in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement and compliance.  Key topics to be covered include:

-  Recent FCPA enforcement actions, and what you can learn from others mistakes

-  Key elements of an effective FCPA compliance program

-  How to conduct an effective internal investigation

-  Leveraging data analytics to improve monitoring of FCPA compliance

This 3 CPE event, will take place on September 24th at The Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill (775 Yard St., Grandview, OH 43212).  The cost will be $60 per member. That’s $20 per CPE! Registration will be from 1:00pm – 1:30pm, with the training following from 1:30pm – 4:30pm.


In addition, the IIA and PwC invite you to stick around the Buckeye Grill after the training for happy hour from 4:30pm – 6:00pm. Happy hour will be free to those registered for the training and $5 for anyone else who would like to attend.    Attendance for the training will be limited so we encourage everyone to sign-up early.
