Attendees will participate in an interactive session focusing on soft skills to help bridge the gap of perception versus reality in the workplace.  This session will be facilitated by individuals across each of the generations (Millennial, Gen X, and In Between) and will cover:
 
·         Common misperceptions in the workplace
·         Factors that drive perception
·         Actionable steps for managing perception
·         Consequences of not effectively managing perception
 
 
About the Facilitators:
 
Luke Sokolowski
Luke is a Senior Auditor focusing on operational and compliance audits at CIBC US. Prior to joining CIBC, Luke held various positions in the Financial Services, Recreation, and Non-Profit Industries and has experience within audit, operations, and employee training. Luke has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from Illinois State University and is a member of the Millennial Generation.

Sabrina Seminetta
Sabrina is a Senior Audit Manager focusing on providing oversight on operational, compliance, and IT audits at CIBC US. She has experience working in various accounting, compliance, and audit positions within the Banking, Public Accounting, and Insurance Industries. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree from the University of Illinois and is a member of Generation X.
 
Yeyry Garcia
Yeyry is Senior Audit Manager focusing on overseeing operational and compliance audits at CIBC US. She has experience working in audit within Banking and Public Accounting. Yeyry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida International University, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Florida International University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and falls in between the Millennial Generation and Generation X.
