The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act is a U.S. law which has been around since 1977. Prosecutions under its anti-corruption provisions have risen dramatically in the last 10 years. Meanwhile, more than 100 other countries have passed anti-corruption laws. What do you need to know about the FCPA and other anti-corruption laws? What do these laws mean to your business? Should an Anti-Corruption Review be in your Audit Plan? Mark Brice will answer these questions and more in an interactive presentation at our next chapter meeting on September 17th. We hope you can join us!
