Dr. Celmer received a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Fordham University and has over 25 years of experience in the area of human relations. Eleven of those years were spent as a human resources and organization development executive within Ciba-Geigy, a multibillion-dollar international pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals firm. He now heads
Celmer and Associates, Inc. an independent consulting practice focused on organizational improvement and employee effectiveness.
