Construction Auditing Fundamentals
In addition to auditors, this course will benefit anyone involved in managing a construction project including project managers, engineers, budget analysts and others. Construction projects represent a major capital spend and a considerable risk to an organization. Understanding that risk and controlling the construction project can help a company gain control over capital spend, limit overpayments, control change and work towards a successful completion of a project. Attendees will be introduced to what happens during a construction project, such as key players, phases of construction, construction risk and common construction audit findings.
