The Western Michigan Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors is hosting a free webinar!
At the end of this webinar, you will be able to...
- Define risk based auditing
- Select risk based auditing methodology that is right for your organization
- Promote your risk based auditing approach
- Address the challenges of risk based auditing
All auditing standards mention and promote "risk based audits." However, auditors have differing opinions on how to implement a risk based audit approach. During this interactive webinar, we will discuss different approaches to Risk Based Auditing. You will be able to "sell" risk based auditing to the audit committee, senior management, line management, and other auditors. Additionally, we will address some of the most difficult, hard to sell, and challenging risk based auditing perspectives. For example, starting an audit, but deciding not to do any testing, or not testing every control, or worse, not reporting every issue.
Cost to Attend:
This webinar is being offered to you at no charge.
