Event Summary: This presentation will explore emerging information technology hot topics.  Hot topics will include data leakage, big data, cloud computing, BYOD and social media. Maeve will discuss the risks present within each of these areas as well as how they may impact external and internal integrated audits.
 
Maeve Raak is a Technology Manager at Protiviti’s Philadelphia office. She is a member of the firm’s Financial Advisory & Internal Audit practice. She works mainly with financial institutions and healthcare organizations to audit, advise and implement technology solutions that streamline compliance with regulatory requirements as well as increase operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Protiviti, Maeve spent over 5 years within PricewaterhouseCoopers IT Risk Assurance group.
