Come learn about Pat Richter's involvement with the resurgence in Badger athletics and the financial implications associated with the changes. Pat will also discuss his professional football experiences and the motivational lessons learned during the time he spent with Vince Lombardi at the Washington Redskins.
Registration will begin at 3:45pm. Following the presentation, there will be a networking social with appetizers and beverages from 5 to 6 pm that are included with your registration. You do not need to be an IIA member to attend so bring along a colleague or friend. This is a great opportunity to network with others!
Pat Richter, former University of Wisconsin Athletic Director for 14 years and Vice President of Personnel at Oscar Mayer Foods, where he spent 17 years. He was a nine time letterman at the UW in football, basketball, and baseball and an All-American End twice. Drafted in the first round by the Washington Redskins he went on to play eight seasons in the NFL including under Vince Lombardi. He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame, the Rose Bowl Hall of Fame, and Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame.
