The webcasted event will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 11:30am AST and will last approximately 2 hours using GoToWebinar. A question and answer period will follow. The session will also provide 2 continuing professional education credits (CPE).
Having No Strategy Is A Strategy - But Not Necessarily A Smart One
As businesses grow and change so does their use of Information Technology (IT). Some take the time to plan ahead and make IT investments for the future while others let their IT grow organically as their business does both are a choice with risks and rewards attached to them.
Todd Williams, Atlantic Practice Leader for IT Strategy at Grant Thornton will talk about some of the strategic IT considerations facing businesses today and what smart businesses are doing to save cost, avoid risk, and enjoy operational improvement. Todd will share his thoughts on what the current table stakes are for a strategic approach to IT in today's business. Todd will answer:

- How much should I spend on IT?
- Where do I go to get information to help me with my decisions?
