Brett is a Partner, Business Advisory Services Atlanta Marketplace Leader, and Special Attestation Reports Leader for the Southeast Region at Grant Thornton. He has over 15 years of experience in audit, risk services, and management consulting, including experience in leading Special Attestation Reports (i.e. SAS 70, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, AT 601, and AT 101 reports), in providing partner oversight for over 75 annual Special Attestation Reports, and in leading internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley-related engagements including Section 404 support and corporate governance. Brett has worked with companies in various industries including consumer business, financial services, professional services, technology, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and not-for profit. Brett is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Georgia, Washington D.C., and Alabama.

Jennifer is an Experienced Manager in Grant Thornton’s Southeast Region Business Advisory Services practice specializing in Special Attestation Reports, internal audit, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance engagements. Jennifer has provided these services to clients within the financial services, healthcare, technology, real estate, not-for-profit, and manufacturing industries. While managing these engagements, Jennifer is primarily responsible for managing staff members as they document and test controls in order to evaluate their adequacy and effectiveness, identifying and resolving deficiencies, reviewing final workpapers, and issuing final reports.
