Members/Nonmembers who make a reservation but do not attend will be responsible for the $15/$20 fee. When a reservation is not honored, the Chapter is still obligated to pay for all meals reserved. The Board of Governors policy is to bill all “no-shows” our costs. If you register and later determine that you cannot attend, please cancel the reservation before 11:00 am on Friday, March 10, 2016.
