CIA Learning System Course Reminder:
The NEPA Chapter of the IIA will be sponsoring on-site Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Training at the TMG Health National Operations Center in Jessup, PA.
The training will be conducted by an IIA facilitator and will include separate sessions for all three parts of the CIA exam. Attendees can attend one or all three training sessions depending upon need. All attendees will be required to utilize the CIA Learning System for the training.
Please review the information below and advise by Monday, February 27th if you would like to attend Part 1 training. Training for Parts 2 and 3 will be held later in the year.
Please note that reservations for Part 1 training will be capped at the first 20 attendees.
What: CIA Learning System Comprehensive Instructor-Led Course – Part 1
When: Wednesday, March 29 and Thursday, March 30 from 8:30AM – 4:30PM
Where: TMG Health National Operations Center, 25 Lakeview Drive, Jessup, PA 18434
Requirements: The IIA CIA Learning System Part 1 materials must be purchased prior to the training. Please bring print materials as well as a laptop to access the online training module.
The IIA strongly recommends that training attendees study the Part 1 materials prior to the course to get the most out of the training class.
Continuing Professional Education Credits: 16 CPEs (Auditing)
* Final price will be determined by the number of attendees, but will not cost more than $700. Price does not include purchase of the CIA Learning System materials,

News: The NEPA Chapter attained accreditation from the PA State Board of Accountancy to provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits at upcoming meetings and seminars.
The credits are applicable for CPAs, as well as all IIA certifications. Non-IIA members are always welcome to attend any meetings and obtain CPE credit.
