Project Risk Reviews – Purpose, benefits and a walk through of a typical project
Speaker: Michael Wright
Michael Wright is a manager with Baker Tilly and works with the firm’s Technology Risk Services team. Over the past 15 years, he has performed project risk reviews, IT risk assessments and audits, IT governance assessments, and application control reviews for a variety of clients across many industries. He brings relevant subject matter expertise related to the management of large scale IT projects and implementation of appropriate risk management methodologies. He has established PRR programs to provide oversight throughout all phases of IT projects which include planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, configuration management, quality assurance and overall project management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
