Guest Speaker: C. David Rhoades, CFE, CFC, CTP​
A Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Forensic Consultant and a Certified Turnaround Professional, Rhoades is recognized as an expert in state and federal courts in areas of operation and viability of companies, areas of corporate governance and the viability of bankruptcy and business plans. He is a recognized expert on Standards and Practices for the oil and gas industry.
 
Past President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Tulsa Chapter, Rhoades is a native Oklahoman with extensive experience in all areas of fraud examination for businesses ranging in size up to $10 million.
 
Rhoades has served as a guest lecturer for professional education seminars, universities and high schools.

CAE Spotlight:  Kay Wynn, Director of Internal Audit, Chickasaw Nation
 
Kay Wynn, is the Executive Officer of Audit for the Chickasaw Nation.  She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University and  MBA from Southeastern.  She has audit experience in government, banking, construction, Information Technology, HIPAA, PCI and gaming and related entertainment. She is a CPA, with certifications as CRISC, CGMA, and most recently a CIA.  Kay is married to Wendell Wynn of Wynn’s Precision Body Shop, in Ada.  They have two grown children, William and Amy.
Kay joined the Chickasaw Nation in 2000 to help develop an internal audit department. Since that time the audit department has grown to 15. The Chickasaw Nation has also experienced considerable growth and now has over 13,000 employees and encompasses  everything from Health Care, Education, Housing,  and last but not least Casino’s.  The Chickasaw Nation is known as the example in Indian Country and throughout the United State as an example of quality programs and operations.​​​​​​​​
