How small audit departments enhance corporate governance through effective internal audit activities.
The 45 minute presentation will focus on how small audit shops work to identify and understand their audience, their objectives while at the same time ensuring they are linked to the Governance framework. In addition, small audit shops use collaboration both within and outside the organization to build an effective value added internal audit organizational structure and process. They use a risk based approach which is linked to the ERM, to complete the annual internal audit plan and created an effective formal and informal reporting mechanism to the Audit Committee and Management. All together, small audit shops must be effective and efficient in the delivery of their responsibilities. Join Mr. Kaveh Rikhtegar as he takes us down this path.
