Mobile devices are an essential part of any modern workplace, but does your organization still manage them like cell phones of the past? Changes in technology mean that some mobile devices are not just phones, they are computers, and therefore bring new risks to your organization. This presentation will describe Multnomah County’s audit of its mobile devices. Discussion will include the case-study methodology, data analysis and the report writing process. The Association of Local Government Auditors selected this audit report for its gold award in 2012.
