Germaine is the Director of the Department of Audit Services for the City of Durham. She has been with the City since 2007. Germaine teaches Principles of Accounting as well as other accounting courses both ground and via the online modality. She enjoys mentoring young professionals about the Accounting discipline; and over the past decade, Germaine has taught over 600 students.
Germaine is a resident of Durham with her daughter Danielle and her son Allen. They live in Trinity Park where Germaine serves as the Treasurer of the Trinity Park Neighborhood Association. Germaine enjoys playing the piano and working Sudoku puzzles in her spare time.
