Nipun Malhotra has broad IT experience in financial audit, risk assessment and Segregation of Duties review for high tech companies.  He has led global ERP implementation review for various clients, not only from IT perspective but business process to assess operation risk to existing process, controls and overall ICFR environment.  Nipun is a Director in the Risk Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the IT Audit Quality and Methodology Lead for San Jose office.  
 
Piyush Katariya has wide ranging experience in financial audits, internal audits, business process reviews and Segregation of Duties implementation for high tech companies. He has led multiple SAP & Oracle implementation reviews, including those related to divestitures and integrations.  Piyush is a Director in the Risk Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose.
 
Tony Samer is a Managing Director in Protiviti’s San Francisco office, and has been providing risk management consulting and technology audit services for clients in a variety of industries for over 12 years. He is a leader in Protiviti’s IT Audit and Compliance Practice, and oversees most of the Information Security and IT Governance work performed by Protiviti in the San Francisco Bay Area. Tony is a frequent speaker at regional and national events, including Oracle OpenWorld and ISACA CACS, where he has addressed topics such as IT governance, compliance programs and automation, continuous auditing and monitoring, to name a few.
