Operational Auditing – Evaluating the Supply Chain

  • Implementing end-to-end supply chain risk management
  • Improving internal cross-functional capabilities and collaboration
  • Maximizing upstream and downstream flexibility
  • Improving accuracy and decreasing supply volatility
  • Fine-tuning supply chain strategies and configurations
