 Omid Yazdi is a partner in the Los Angeles office of KPMG LLP’s U.S. Forensic Advisory Services practice. He has over twenty years of international experience assisting KPMG’s clients with financial statement audits, fraud risk management, forensic accounting, economic recovery analysis and litigation advisory services.

Mr. Yazdi has served clients in Europe, Asia Pacific, South America, and Africa. Mr. Yazdi has provided in-depth presentations to Board of Directors, the Securities Exchange Commission, the United States Attorney’s Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
