LEARNING OBJECTIVES:   This presentation will explore the ways change can be led, championed and sustained from all levels within an organization.  From helping others see the need for action to recognizing behaviors that undermine the change vision, we will discuss how your place in the organization is the right place from which to lead change. 
 
Speaker Notes: David is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience.  As a member of KPMG’s People and Change Practice he specializes in Change Management, strategy development, communications, and facilitation. Throughout his career, he has developed processes and programs driving behavioral change and long-term strategy.   
David has substantial experience leading the development and implementation of complex long-term change management efforts and corporate strategy development, both domestically and internationally.  David has been at KPMG for 11 years.
