ROI Audits – How can your company benefit?
Your SF IIA chapter is pleased to offer our first lunch meeting of 2013, on Tuesday February 12th. As you know, many Internal Audit departments are being asked to perform audits which can either increase their company's top line revenue numbers or reduce cost. Many companies have found that these audits can often yield a return on investment (ROI) that is multiple times the entire IA department budget for the year.
The session on February 12th will focus on these ROI-based audits. Our speakers will give brief introductions to the various audits, and subsequently address a couple of key types in richer detail. Audit areas to be discussed include:
- Software Asset Management
- Vendor / Supplier Compliance
- Business Partner Compliance
- Internal Control Rationalization
- Procure To Pay Review
And a few other high-value audits!
Our primary speakers will include Farhan Zahid, Jana Arbanas, and Matt Gentleman of Deloitte. Each has worked with executive management and Internal Audit departments on developing and delivering value-added internal audits with measurable ROI's. This is a must for anyone who wants to enhance the value of their Internal Audit department.
Participants will receive an understanding of the variety of audit types that may be pursued specifically for revenue capture and/or profitability improvement.
