There will not be any prerequisites, prior knowledge or advanced preparation required for this presentation. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.


The San Francisco Chapter is pleased to offer a special one-day seminar on Friday February, 23rd, 2018. This 8-hour program can help you to improve your skills and knowledge as we cover a variety of topics, and help you round out your CPE learning for the calendar year. Our presentations will be geared largely or wholly towards the 'Audit' CPE study category.

A limited number of discount packages are available while they last! These bundled registration deals allow your organization to register 4 participants for the price of three, or 7 participants for the price of five. Bring your whole department!

The seminar will be held in downtown San Francisco in conference space provided by Ernst & Young.  

Continental breakfast and full lunch will be served.

Program Details:

The seminar will include a variety of modular presentations addressing topics of interest to anyone affiliated with an Internal Audit function. Specific topics will be posted in the next few weeks. Registration will run from 8:30 - 9 AM, the program will start promptly at 9 AM. The seminar will conclude between 4:15 and 5:00 PM.

  • CAE Panel (potential discussion topics to include: IA career, soft skills, culture etc.)

  •  Fundamentals of the New Cybersecurity Framework

Participants will be briefed on an array of topics involving current audit procedures, risks, and problem-solving.
