Communicating Business Risks
Communicating Business Risks to management is an essential task for internal auditors and IT professionals. In order to communicate effectively to executives and management auditors need to “talk” the same language as management and not get lost in technical jargon. This program will inform individuals the concepts on how to take identified risks and communicate them in an effective manner to accomplish ones objectives.
At the completion of the presentation, participants will:
• Identify the concepts of risk and what is important to executives and management.
• Gain an understanding of the importance in breaking down identified risks to concepts that executives and management may understand.
• Gather and understanding on how to present ones identified risk in a concise and effective way.
Who should attend: The session will be directed to all internal auditors (basic/intermediate/advanced).
