Rick Masciovecchio is the Director, Compliance and Social Responsibility Global Procurement at Hewlett-Packard. Since joining HP in 1984, Rick has garnered a rich compliance and risk management background which has spanned a wide range of leadership roles across HP including managing Business Controls, Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing, and Western Regional Security. In his role as director of HP’s Global Compliance and Social Responsibility organization role, Rick guides HP’s overall strategy for ensuring procurement compliance practices - including legal, financial regulatory, customer, and HP driven requirements across HP’s multibillion dollar global indirect and professional services supply chain. Rick works with key influencers in HP and across industries to raise awareness of the benefits of fostering innovation and collaboration in order to establish procurement industry auditing standards, including supplier auditing criteria to ensure regulatory, social and environmental compliance.
Steve Berberich is the Governance, Risk and Control IT & Process Audit Senior Director at Cisco Systems for the past 8 years. Steve has over 25 years of experience in Public Accounting and in developing and managing Information Technology Internal Audit Departments. He has a CISA certification and Co-founder of the Silicon Valley IT Audit Group. Within his time at Cisco, Steve has established the IT Audit function at Cisco working closely with the IT Senior Management, SOX IT and Operations Team and Info Security Department. Steve leads the data analytics function with the audit department.
Peter Schraeder is a partner at PwC focusing on data analytics and using data to drive valuable business insight. Over the past eight years, Peter has worked with many companies, specifically Internal Audit and Compliance groups, to assist them with implementing data analytics solutions, continuous auditing and continuous monitoring programs. He will share what innovative companies are doing in this space, critical success factors, and the future of data analytics and continuous auditing.
Shilpa Hiran is a Manager of Internal Audit at NetApp where she leads the Continuous Audit/Continuous Monitoring program for the audit function. Shilpa has been with NetApp for two years during which time they’ve established a continuous audit function, laid the foundation and roadmap for the program, and partnered with IT and business stakeholders to develop processes for continuous monitoring by the business. Prior to NetApp Shilpa has 5 years of audit experience between PwC and E&Y in the US and India.
