Overview of Presentation:

An FDIC Senior Examiner will give a presentation tailored for the bankers in our chapter.  The speaker will discuss bank closures (why they are still happening), the importance of a company’s strategic plan, the ERM process and other insights germane to the current and future regulatory climate for financial institutions. 

About the Speaker:
Ken Kroemer is a Senior Bank Examiner in the FDIC's Seattle Field Office.  He has been the Examiner-In-Charge of more than 100 bank examinations during his 33 year career, including large and/or troubled institutions.  He serves as a subject matter expert for real estate lending and appraisal issues.  He also serves as a Voting Member of the Shared National Credit review program at New York banks and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
