Emotional Intelligence for Auditors

This session will focus on helping you to identifying the key aspects of emotional intelligence required for the variety of personalities that Internal Auditors work with.  It will include exercises to apply key principles to overcome challenges and create more successful business relationships using case studies and exercises.

What You Don’t Know About GDPR and its Impacts

In this session, develop a further understanding of the key principles associated with the GDPR, and the factors to consider when designing a GDPR specific audit. Further your proficiency by learning how privacy impact assessments and privacy by design can support you organization in mitigating enterpriser privacy risks.

The Blurred Lines of Audit, Risk Management, and Corporate Functions

The final topic will focus on the changing nature of assurance in delivering effective risk management and will included guidance on how to assess the maturity and capability of your integrated risk framework.  It will emphasize Internal Audit’s role in shaping more robust enterprise risk and enhance its critical role in the second line of defense.
