Michael, who is a General Manager and V.P. at Wolters Kluwer and the founder of TeamMate Audit Management System, is considered a leading expert on internal audit technology.  Michael draws upon more than 27 years of audit, audit methodology and audit management software experience to create and shape internal audit technology tools around the globe. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Michael spent 22 years at PwC.
