Overview: 
Auditing contracts is a necessary function for internal auditors. Organizations negotiate, execute, and deliver a variety of contracts with both vendors and customers.  The risks associated with contracting can be significant and evolving.  It’s critical for organizations to properly manage its contracts in light of those risks.
