As Internal Auditors, we know that all companies are susceptible to fraud.  The typical organization loses up to 5% of its revenue to fraud each year, which can quickly add up to millions of dollars. The Winnipeg Police Commercial Crimes Unit has seen almost all types of fraud schemes.  Sergeant Ken Molloy will describe current fraud schemes, how they work, and what you can do to help your company protect itself from them.   He will also describe what the police look for in internal reports when conducting investigations.
